| With The Summer Place being located on the East Shore of Rondeau Bay, there is a vast variety of fish that can be caught. In the early spring our campers look forward to the crappie(specs) that churn our channels up. Also, around the docks of the marina, there is a good chance of Northern Pike making an appearance. |

For Bass fisherman, Rondeau Bay offers both small and large mouth bass which are plentiful. This past spring there was a record number of bass caught. A well known pro bass fisherman claims that Rondeau Bay is the best kept secret in all of Southwestern Ontario. |
| Other species of fish that claim Rondeau Bay
as their habitat include, yellow perch, bluegill, sunfish and even the
odd muskie.
For those that choose to venture to bigger waters, Lake Erie is just a short six mile trip across the bay. One can find salmon, rainbow trout and walleye, which have been known to show their gills. |

| For those that would like to enjoy the fishing experiences that Rondeau Bay can provide, fishing licenses can be purchased at The Summer Place. All fees are in Canadian Funds and there is a 3% surcharge for licenses purchased on credit cards. *License fees subject to change. |
