The Summer Place offers both overnight and seasonal campsites and boat docks. All the sites come with all the "at home" amenities such as electricity, water and sewer hookups.

SEASONAL CAMPING RATES

The rates do not include taxes and are for a family - 2 adults & children under 18 yrs old.

SEASON - APRIL 15TH to OCTOBER 15TH

Red	$1515.00 plus GST
Blue	$2265.00 - includes 30 amp + GST
Yellow	$1800.00 - includes 30 amp + GST
Orange	$1950.00 - includes 30 amp + GST
Purple	$2050.00 - includes boat dock + GST

PAYMENTS

A $200.00 non refundable deposit required on campsite.
A $300.00 non refundable deposit required on campsite & dock
Balance due May 1, 2005
Late fee $20.00 per month - regardless of balance
2% discount for next season balance paid in full by Labour Day Weekend
3% charge for season payments on credit cards

All seasonals must supply their own picnic table

All seasonals must have gate card

There is a $20.00 deposit for each card

OVERNIGHT CAMPING RATES

These rates include taxes and are for 1 family - 2 adults & children under 18 years old. There is only 1 family per site. Reservations can be made from 9 am to 9 pm by calling (519) 674-2326. A $25.00 deposit per site is required, payable by either credit card or cash. NO REFUNDS.

speed limit 5 mph / *1 car per lot at all times
